Good price, service ok, quite new hotel (but not like brand hotels - here need some improvement)

Hotel surroundings is a bit scary - however typical for small streets in Bulgaria... A bit slow internet.

Everything. Staff, Comfort and a quiet location right in the central area of Sofia. Parking not a problem but you need to pre-arrange parking with Hotel.

the only thing justifying the price is the location, otherwise the hotel should charge 20-30% less.

Location:center of the town, friendly staff, comfortable, good and clean room and bathroom.

Almost everything was ok! I prefer to have a cabin with the shower instead of curtains.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with enquiries about places to visit and restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for them and this is one of the best value hotels that I have stayed in.
