We liked the pool, location, neighborhood... Room is nice, roommaids are friendly and responsable. Breakfast was poor quality. |

Big enough room, comfortable location. Breakfast's meal is not good: every day the same, there are almost no friuts, no meat. Very bed room cleaning: floor in a room was cleaned only once a 3 weeks, bath and toilet were cleaned only befor our arrival. The area around its pool very bed cleaned. There are a lot of incects in room. |

It was very clean and the cleaning ladies were friendly. The front office staff showed little interest towards people who stayed at the hotel. Breakfast could be of better quality and restaurant personnel somewhat more careful about the fluent supply of cups, forks and knives. And they could actually provide some teaspoons instead of plastic sticks. |

We liked the pool, the space in the room, the large beds. We had nice view to the pool. The pool bar was also nice and the small supermarket in the lobby was useful. The remote control was not functional (bateries were off) and the TV is too small compared with the room size. The breakfast selection could have been better. |

The size of the room, the cleanliness, the balcony, the price. The staff were not very helpful & too busy giggling & making comments in Bulgarian. Pool is very cold & the restaurant is not very good. |

The Hotel and the rooms were quiet good apart from the damp patch in our living room. The Reception staff are very ignorant and have very little english or manners. The breakfast food was very bad ... It finished at half nine nad you would only get fresh food at 8 o clock other than that it was all left overs.. |

Good value for the money and great location. The food at the restaurant was really bad. The breakfast was good because there was a lot of choice but when we ordered a meal on our own, it was very poor. |
