the location

it was very cold in the room, at the 4th floor there is no heatting possibility

Central location (10 minutes to main street), good price, variety of TV channels, breakfast

The breakfast was not monitored, ran out of food and drink. Toaster was broken and burnt toast. No ammenities were open such as sauna, bar and wine cellar. No massages. The room was not cleaned on second day because they came late in the afternoon to check on it and we were in the room taking a nap. We did get clean towels.

Large room to the backside therefore quiet, money exchange in the hotel with honest rate

Temperature of fried and boiled eggs as well as the sausages for breakfast. Almost as if it were prepared the evening before :-)

Plumbing pretty bad, light not changed when told 3 X. some staff helpful, others not.

Central but noisy position, Good Resturant and Bar. Receptionists very helpful.

Manager based in sister hotel and not accessable, failed to keep appointment over alleged theft from room.

Hotel receptionist made no conversation even when delay checking in there was no explanation. This is first impression you get and so poor.

Hotel very centrally located

The hotel had only a window not even a balcony and it was supposed to be a smoking preference room. The window did not even open but slide a bit from the upper part
