Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fantastisch mooie ruime kamer! Wonderbaarlijk rustige ligging in het zeer drukke Sunny Beach! Centrum en strand op loopafstand. Prima hotel! Schoonmaak was beperkt, snel het bed opgemaakt en dat was het. Schone handdoeken moet je vragen. Minpuntje bij het ontbijt is dat het brood niet vers was, verder uitgebreid buffet. |

It's second time we've been this year, this time even cheaper. I've seen worse looking 3 star hotels throughout Europe. Breakfast was poor, but eatable; and for the price, 39 eur / 4 persons appartment, you couldn't ask for more. |

the apartment was nice and comfortable,lots of kitchen facilities.the pool was ok.the surroundings are nice and it's very quiet.the complex is in near downtown and there are only 500 meters till the beach.and the very important thing,the price was really good compared to the other hotels with the same description. the breakfast was very poor and the staff forgets to bring full plates when they are empty.also,the personnel wasn't so friendly,they should work on the attitude and the cleanliness inside the room it's a problem.all in all,if you're not a picky person ,it's a good place to stay with little money. |

The pool. The Hotel is too far from the beach. Also, the area surrounding the hotel isn't too clean. The breakfast was aloso very poor. |

The hotel staff were very good, and the room was really lovely. Plus, once we found a short cut, it was only 10 to 15 mins stroll to the beach. The breakfast was not too good(would have liked some toast-and more variety). Would also appreciate tea/coffee making facillities in room. |

The apartment was great, everything was clean. And at a very good price (39 eur for two-room apartment w/ balcony, 2 TVs, air-conditioning, microwave, fridge). Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was not that far from the beach (5min walk). There was also a great restaurant very close to the hotel (Neptun restaurant - great food, fast service, low prices) You need to insert the room key in a slot next to the door to turn on power. This means that the fridge will only work while you are in the apartment (or you can just separate the card from the key, like we did). There was not much to choose from at the breakfast buffet. |

Hotel was in nice place little out from centrum, so nightly music and other noises didn't make disturbs. Pool was also nice and possibility to use airport shuttle servise. |

Excellent value. Very clean, very comfortable, fashionable even – stayed in worse looking 4 star hotels … Excellent value. Very clean, very comfortable, fashionable even – stayed in worse looking 4 star hotels … A bit far from the beach (500m in straight line, 1500m walking the streets) but definitely not a reason to ignore this hotel – there is ample parking and the area is very quiet. Breakfast could be a little more diverse. |

It's a very nice hotel. It's only one year old so everything is new. The staff is friendly and it is located 10 min walk from the beach and 5 min from the center of sunny beach. Great location at an attractive price! |

They accept pets and also have a special place for them. The host is very kind and aming to help. One can feel secure and free at the same time. No. Unfortunatelly it is a little bit too far from the beach, but this is not a reason to not visit it. |

We had a 2 rooms apartment for 55,- EUR a night. Just great! We arrived very late in the night, about 1.30 am, I called earlier to let them know we would be arriving and to keep the apartment. They told me to call again when I'd be in the center of Sunny Beach and they will come to take us to the hotel. And so they did!! The appartment was quite big, had 2 balconies, 2 TV sets, microwave oven |
