The Amphibia Beach hotel complex is situated in the southern part of the famous Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach, near to Nessebar, one of Europe's oldest towns.

Burgas is just 35 km and Burgas airport is only 25 km away. The complex includes 3 hotels - Amphibia, Morska Zvezda and Fregata - all located directly on the beach with comfortable rooms boasting balconies with superb sea views. Surrounded by a scenic landscape characterized by greenery and natural sand dunes, the hotels are ideal places for singles, couples and families.

All children from 2 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

The kindness of the personell, the pools, the gardens

The atmosphere. It seems to be amn old hotel, with poor improvements.

1. we made reservation - Amfibia beach hotel 4 star hotel ; (3+ stars booking.com email ) In reality the is a so called “ Amfibia beach complex” with few hotels, all of them max 2 star At the front desk the staff said that we made reservation for 3 stars and sent us in other hotel called Moersk svezda ( sea star ) – not refurbished hotel, maximum 1+ star 2. they didn’t accept payment by credit

the staff wre friendly and hotel was in a good location sea view was great

air/con unit on balcony and bird droppings behind said unit had not been cleaned for a time/ not enough information on area

The swimming pool and the bar outside are really great!

Too touristic! Too big! Nothing was properly made: lift didn't work well, airco was broke. Rooms were really too small, it was as we were in a YMCA building!

unpolite staff; horrible conditions of accomodation; they didn't clean the rooms; the food was horrible; I stayed one night at the hotel and that ruined my vacation;
